July 2, 1909, TIE conference between the English, German, French, and American delegates has been fixed for Wednesday, the 7th instant, at 3, Lombard Street, at 11 A.M. The delegates of the Anglo-German-French groups will meet by themselves on the previous day (Tuesday) to determine a common line of action and also to conclude the general interbank and railway agreements approved at Berlin in principle at their meetings last May.
